Loan Application and Closing Process
Are you ready to get started on your loan application? If so, just download one of our Application forms. This is a one-page document that will give us basic information on your loan. It is available in either PDF or Word format. You can fill it in and return it to us via email to info@firstcommercialgroup.com or fax it (toll-free) to 1-800-516-8133.

Upon receipt, we will contact you to discuss your request and answer any questions concerning your project and the commercial loan process. We respond to all requests and/or submissions within 1 business day of receipt.
After proceeding with the application process, you will receive a written commitment upon approval of your commercial mortgage loan, within 10 days of our receipt of all application materials. Closing will be scheduled as soon as a third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, title report, etc.) and other closing conditions (insurance, etc.) are completed. This process can be as little as three weeks, but more typically is in the range of four to six weeks.
We will work with you throughout the application and closing process to make sure that everything is handled in the most expedited manner.
